00:01:50:21 - 00:01:53:13
Seth
So let's get this show on the road.

00:01:53:15 - 00:02:25:14
Florence
You know, today was so fascinating driving back from church. You know, you get so many gifts by going to church as you pray, as you just look at everybody and you're so grateful. You pray for others. And it's so fascinating stuff that I'm getting home. And I, I hear like a voice that says Flow drive by where the tree of Avocados is.

00:02:25:16 - 00:02:52:21
Florence
And I said, Thank you, Lord. It is this fast. And I see that there are at least about 20 up there. And I'm looking at the ground. I parked the car and I say, I love Mother Nature. I mean, you're pristine, you're near creek, and this is the gift that you're giving me today. I love it. And then I decided to wind up to a video and tell the world, take care of it.

00:02:52:23 - 00:03:16:19
Florence
You know, it's precious. So my gift today to the world was what was given to me. I gave it back. So it was really fascinating. You know, that cycle of going to church, often you hear a voice that tells you stop by because you know that that's there. My moment was was trying to get my avocados. Right, right, right there for me waiting.

00:03:16:21 - 00:03:40:12
Stephanie
I love it. I was reading friends posts this morning about how she and her husband plan on going to the gym and she went to drop her daughter offerings. It's like, actually, maybe I should just go right now. It's right next to my daughter's, my daughter's school. I can just go in and do it quickly. And she said she went in there and she noticed somebody walking by that had a yoga mat.

00:03:40:12 - 00:03:58:23
Stephanie
She's like, yeah, they do yoga here. And she was like, but it's it's the classroom started. I'm going to be late. wait, that girl's late, too. I should go with her, you know, go at the same time. And then she saw that she went in and had an amazing yoga class. And afterwards the teacher was, you know, introducing herself to her.

00:03:59:00 - 00:04:12:22
Stephanie
And she said, Are you Ali? I cannot remember how to pronounce her last name to do that or something. And she was like, yes, I am. And she's like, I prayed to you here this morning to her class.

00:04:13:00 - 00:04:46:01
Florence
That's that's a beautiful that's a beautiful story. Yeah. Yeah. I have to tell you both a beautiful story that came to me yesterday right after Seth was talking to a group of people yesterday at the event. And he was telling the story about how your daughter and I got a message that was so beautiful. And it was the.

00:04:46:03 - 00:05:20:00
Florence
It was not the card. Hannah inspired and gave confidence to the audience. It was not the card. It was that a beautiful girl has a burning desire to help others, to show them that they can live better and because of that, she is so much confident that she can do that. So she is creative. She's her creativity is limitless.

00:05:20:02 - 00:05:47:01
Florence
So that's that's what confidence turns in and. Right. So by self telling that story yesterday and then at the end having everybody asking for the card. And then I got home and I was thinking about it and I said it was not really the card. It was the story. They gave confidence to this audience that if she can do it, I can do it.

00:05:47:03 - 00:06:33:05
Florence
Isn't that amazing? I thought it was so beautiful. Really beautiful. Really beautiful. So I got that message last night and I said, I can't wait to tell Stephanie and Seth because that's what confidence is. And stories is would really create like a change in our lives because it can inspire you, It can you can relate to them. And I think most important, when when we listen to a story and we realize that because learning from it will make you a better person and then being a better person, you know, brings a change growth.

00:06:33:07 - 00:07:15:00
Florence
And that is beautiful. And I think that in my journey in life, when I, I look at I'm 68 years old and I look at my life and I am so, so and content with myself, I am so happy. The word that I can use is I'm joyful. I am grateful. I am inspired because I have captured the essence of life and the essence of life is just a mere action that you do every single day.

00:07:15:02 - 00:07:44:07
Florence
You can. It can be as simple as putting down your window in your car and saying, Ma'am, can I help you? If she even says, no, no, no, no worries. But just by doing the little things that will make another person feel that I am present in life, I am loved by others, and that abundance I never felt it before.

00:07:44:09 - 00:08:16:21
Florence
And to think that before I used to be in the corporate world, I used to wake up every day and go to work. And just because I have more sales or just because, you know, we did better in numbers, I thought that that was an accomplishment. And to me today, there's no accomplishment there because nobody can take away my legacy of making somebody else happier, better inspired.

00:08:16:23 - 00:08:34:10
Florence
Just a smile. Yeah. And that is feel free, you know, feeling, feeling loved. And then when you feel loved is because you have learned to love yourself.

00:08:34:12 - 00:08:36:10
Seth
Absolutely.

00:08:36:12 - 00:08:54:08
Stephanie
Reminds me of being in Tanzania, Africa, and being so surprised at how we would be in the bus and be driving by and you would see home grown men or women out there and they would say, smile and wave at them. And we're like, Why? Okay, So we would. And they would be just kind of like walking on all of them.

00:08:54:08 - 00:08:59:22
Stephanie
They would like light up because a white person noticed them.

00:08:59:23 - 00:09:29:22
Florence
Isn't that beautiful? Isn't that beautiful? You can even share that with me because then again, I am learning from you because no matter whether you're in Tanzania, I am learning because you're reminding me that every day smile and more. Smile more. No matter what you encounter, smile more. Not even for others. Because when you smile, you feel great.

00:09:30:00 - 00:10:03:10
Florence
So that's the gift that we all. I don't know why we don't do that often. I don't know if I told you about Hannah. You know, it was not. And that's how then I learned more about leadership, because it is not the factual tool is how we make people feel. That is leadership. That is how people will remember you.

00:10:03:12 - 00:10:41:12
Florence
That is how you will remember that day, because you felt that you were giving and they and they got your message. And that is abundance. That abundance nobody can take away from you. I have three children and I brought them up by myself at a time in life that all the doors closed in regards to what I was facing because of an accident that I had that affected my brain.

00:10:41:12 - 00:11:08:20
Florence
I had limitations. These limitations would entail simple things of not being able to cook, right, because I had lost all my senses, so I couldn't taste what I would be cooking. And that for a mother and it is it is like so important because you get so much joy about your kids enjoying what you've cooked because that's all the love that you put into, you know?

00:11:09:01 - 00:11:31:00
Florence
And for them, you know, not only you're giving them healthy food for it is for them to give you back and say, mother, this tastes so good. Only you make rice and beans the way that you make them. And that is fascinating. So not being able to do that, not being able to I don't want to use the word behave because that's not behavior.

00:11:31:02 - 00:12:09:23
Florence
Since I had limitations, I was very irritable. So when they would come home from school and they would close a cabinet door, I would yell and scream because my my personality had been changed because of these limitation in my frontal lobes and cognitive system. And in the days that I would be by myself in silence, I'll never forget the warrior that lives inside of all of us, because I would go to books to study.

00:12:10:00 - 00:12:36:18
Florence
How can my brain function better? What is it that I can do to be better? What exercises can I do for my brain to be better? And this is where faith comes in. I mean, you might have the fear that you're not going to get better, but faith will take you to places that you are unstoppable. You are obsessed with being better and you never give up.

00:12:36:20 - 00:12:58:02
Florence
And there will be days that I would get lost on my way to pick thing, big thing picking them up in school and and imagine my three kids oldest being 13 youngest being seven. And the oldest was a boy, followed by another boy three years younger. And then my little girl seven and mother not showing up at school.

00:12:58:04 - 00:13:03:20
Florence
You know that life of uncertainty, that mother could not be any better. But I never gave up.

00:13:03:20 - 00:13:29:09
Seth
I want to back up just. Just and I want to just rewind just a little and take people to where you were because this TBI is traumatic brain injury. Yeah, there are we have we have medical specialists who who focus on these things now these days probably didn't as much they did. But can you take us back to where you were, for example, the week, the week before the accident?

00:13:29:09 - 00:13:31:12
Seth
Where were you working? I mean, you were you know.

00:13:31:12 - 00:13:33:03
Florence
I had my own consulting firm.

00:13:33:03 - 00:13:40:18
Seth
You like to say that you were a corp you know, you were in the corporate world, and that's true. But you were very successful in the corporate world. You were I was.

00:13:40:18 - 00:14:13:21
Florence
Not only successful in the corporate world. Okay? So I was over 20 years in the corporate world. And it was fascinating is that I am extremely creative. I am extremely consistent, I am persistent. And I wanted to be president of a company. So I had my vision establish and I would break the rule in the corporate world because I would get up early in the morning, be there before 8:00 to make sure that I would talk to the people at the warehouse.

00:14:14:02 - 00:14:39:15
Florence
I talked to the people that were leaving on other trucks for the day and say hello to everybody. So I started to learn at an early age what would entail to build a whole corporation because I knew the functions of everybody. So that's what made me so successful in the corporate world. So I would continue to bring in new ideas.

00:14:39:17 - 00:15:08:06
Florence
And it was so fascinating that at a given time I brought up the first commercial in Puerto Rico that it was a cartoon commercial and it wasn't even an award. But I remember a time when I was with this chocolate company that even the Swiss told me, You're going to put a little out to savor that chocolate bar.

00:15:08:08 - 00:15:09:20
Florence
And I said.

00:15:09:22 - 00:15:11:12
Seth
You mean an ant? Like a like.

00:15:11:12 - 00:15:36:08
Florence
An ant, a little ant itself. And I said, Wait a minute, we have a bunny selling a chocolate milk. You're going to tell me that we cannot create an ad that will sell. You know how an ant, the little ants savers, a chocolate bar. And that was all done in cartoons. And it was the number one commercial it was awarded.

00:15:36:09 - 00:15:52:02
Florence
So. So I was like, really happy with everything that I was accomplished. But then again, I had a vision. I wanted to be president of a company. So then having done such a great job at this company that is very well known for chocolate.

00:15:52:02 - 00:15:53:09
Seth
Can we talk about that company?

00:15:53:11 - 00:15:54:10
Florence
yeah. It's Nestlé.

00:15:54:10 - 00:16:01:20
Seth
Okay. Okay. You were it Nestle? Okay. So you felt at Nestlé, you know, guarding ants and insect rights?

00:16:01:22 - 00:16:07:19
Florence
this is absolutely. I had a vision before even everybody had it. And we are protecting the insects.

00:16:07:19 - 00:16:09:21
Seth
Right before ants knew they loved chocolate.

00:16:09:21 - 00:16:39:10
Florence
Yeah, It was even more fascinating stuff. Now that you mention that, like my. I don't look Puerto Rican. Yeah. So at that time, the Hispanic market is booming in the US because a man had a vision Don Franken runway and he built a Goya company, which are very well known now in the States, and they would distribute the Nestlé products, Nestlé living in the US.

00:16:39:15 - 00:17:03:12
Florence
So can you imagine me with a truck driver at the Bronx distributing and visiting bodegas at the eighties? And that's how I really captured the essence. That it's not you, it's how you make people feel. Because you would get to the bodegas, how they would greet a bodega. It's like a small mom and pop store.

00:17:03:12 - 00:17:06:17
Seth
Okay, we're here in Puerto Rico here. So you might just like, okay.

00:17:06:19 - 00:17:07:02
Florence
Okay.

00:17:07:04 - 00:17:11:09
Seth
Like, no, no, we love it, you know? Okay, we're just doing a little Spanish lesson. So the mom and pop store.

00:17:11:09 - 00:17:41:15
Florence
Yeah, the mom and pop store. So in the eighties, I would be visiting mom and pop stores and and it was fascinating to me how the owner of Bodega would greet the truck driver. And that's when I started to realize that it was the relationship that the truck driver and this was very important for my future as I grow in the corporate world.

00:17:41:17 - 00:18:07:14
Florence
The relationship of the truck driver and the bodega owner, that's what was so successful and the vision that we have for the Goya company. So then Campbell Soup Company is looking at what's happening in the Hispanic world. And this is fascinating that they came to Puerto Ricans is what the second brand, the Goya Coursera. So they purchased Coursera.

00:18:07:16 - 00:18:36:08
Florence
And following that I was like, Who's the person that did the market in the opening with Nestlé? Levi Flores, La Roca So then I ask and they said, okay, this is yours. And of course I wanted to be president. So there was a vision, a plan, and a plan of action. And I had to accomplish all that. But I was all set to become president of Campbell's, Hispanic division, which was what I wanted.

00:18:36:09 - 00:19:04:21
Florence
And as time progressed, that's when I realized that there were changes in my life because I had two boys at that time. And then I had no wait a minute, I had a boy and then I had my second boy. And that's when I realized that, you know, it was taking too much of my time. So I resigned and I stayed as a consultant.

00:19:04:21 - 00:19:40:02
Florence
So that's how I decided to start my own consulting firm. Fascinating. But Florence did not learn the lesson. I was not working for the corporate world. I was I was owning my own time. But then I was still I would say, addicted to working, working, working. So then I would take care of my kids. But I wasn't really thinking did I had to invest in my time and also invest in time for our children?

00:19:40:04 - 00:20:24:13
Florence
So the time came along that then I had the little girl and that's when I decided after two boys, my life is totally going to change. I was so happy that I was having control of my life and I'm starting to manage my own time. I'm not telling you stuff and Stephanie that I was still there. I was trying and it can happen to anybody because October six, 1999, I remember that I was wearing this suit with my grandfather.

00:20:24:13 - 00:21:01:14
Florence
My grandfather was very well known in the business world here in Puerto Rico. One of his pins that he would wear in his tie, I would always wear it for a very important presentation. And that was the day that if I would close that deal, I would be on a plane the following day to get another line that it was related to health, because not only I was a consultant, I was also the only distributor for a line of skin care products.

00:21:01:14 - 00:21:31:00
Florence
That was a cost pharmaceutical, and I was doing very, very well. I was starting to build and I didn't know a network marketing because I was doing it all by myself. And it was fascinating that I had a vision and that everything was working right. But there's something that we don't count that could happen to anybody. And October 6th of 1999, it was a very important day.

00:21:31:02 - 00:21:58:04
Florence
So I picked up my daughter and I wanted my daughter to be with me in my presentation. And because after that we were going to go and celebrate. And that didn't happen because we got to the place. And being a mother and protecting your children is going to be everywhere and every step that we do. We called it like Somos gardenias.

00:21:58:04 - 00:22:14:01
Florence
We're like hens and we protect our children. So I remember getting out of the car and I and I'm in the sidewalk and I tell Sophia, No, you go, My daughter's name is Sophia. Beatrice. You go inside because, you know, that's the way that mothers are. So you learn. So then we come to.

00:22:14:01 - 00:22:19:06
Seth
Us, we call it being a mama bear. A mama bear. I've seen that come out.

00:22:19:07 - 00:22:48:02
Florence
Okay, So then not only I said that, so we get to the place that I'm going to do the presentation and it's a hair salon. And they said, No, no, no, no, no. It's a cross. That's where they do the nails. So we go there and they said, No, it's not here, it's up there in the mezzanine. And I looked at Sophia and I look at the spiral staircase and I tell Sophia, you know, Sophia, you know, I'm.

00:22:48:04 - 00:23:10:08
Florence
I'm mother hen. So. So Mama Gardena. So you go up and I'm just right behind you because I don't like them. And I have to say this. You see how the Lord talks to us? Because I said I said, I don't like them. 14 people had fallen before I did. So as I go up staircase in that staircase.

00:23:10:12 - 00:23:41:11
Florence
So as I go forward, maybe 14, I can remember the name. Yeah, but they had fun. So as I go up six feet high, I fall. I fell backwards. And I know that my this or this arm hip part of the rail, my hip and then my head, because of the bruises that I had hit the floor and there's an open skull there and I'm totally covered with blood.

00:23:41:13 - 00:24:14:20
Florence
And because who doesn't believe in angels? I can tell you that they are present all around us because my daughter came down and she only said that my aunt's telephone number, cell number 99 nine, a cell phone number. And she said out loud, my sister's telephone number. So they call my sister and they call I was going through a divorce.

00:24:14:20 - 00:24:45:06
Florence
And she also said her father's cell number. And fascinating enough that when my sister got there, she was again, an instrument for the Lord because the paramedics told her, we're losing her, we're losing her. So she shook me up and said, There's no deal here, Flo. We're going. We're going. Yeah. Because I would try to. That's the state that you in.

00:24:45:06 - 00:25:07:11
Florence
It's like a combat state. I would try to bite you. I would, yeah. So she shook me and says, There's no deal flow. We're going to Central Medical. So that's where I was for 13 year, for 13 days. And then I was I went to my parents room for 30 days in a dark room, not even my children could come in at home.

00:25:07:14 - 00:25:17:04
Florence
At home where I grew up, they couldn't even come to see me because I'm a child inside an adult body. I lost all my senses.

00:25:17:04 - 00:25:19:12
Seth
And you're in your you're in your forties.

00:25:19:14 - 00:25:23:08
Florence
I yes, I'm 68 now. That was back in 99.

00:25:23:10 - 00:25:26:06
Seth
So you're so you're in your early forties.

00:25:26:07 - 00:26:08:16
Florence
Yes. And I remember that I had a call as soon as I got home and I was able to realize that I could go out of the house. And it's fascinating how the body wants to heal itself. And I asked my father, my father, to me, he always gave me light. He always planted a seed for me to be even more curious in regards to learning more about nature, learning more about science.

00:26:08:18 - 00:26:41:10
Florence
Not only that, in your goals, both going to laugh for Christmas. I once ask him for a red submarine and I was only seven, but he supported me with that and he was an engineer. And I guess my I you know, I was always a math person and science person. So we both kind of belonged to that universe and I remember asking my father and I said, Dad, if we're going to go out, the first place that I want to go is back to the hospital.

00:26:41:12 - 00:27:12:18
Florence
And I went there because I did not recall being there. no, not one bit in and I, I wanted to listen and for people to tell me what they went through when I was there. And they explained everything to me and I cried. There were places that I would just sit and cry and cry and cry. We all have to have the faith that we can heal.

00:27:12:20 - 00:27:32:16
Florence
We can heal from any emotional and any traumatic experience that we go through. But the first thing that the Lord told me is that you have to face what you went through and learned from it.

00:27:32:18 - 00:27:34:12
Seth
And that's why you want to go back to the hospital.

00:27:34:12 - 00:27:36:12
Florence
And that's why I wanted to go back to the hospital.

00:27:36:17 - 00:27:38:19
Seth
The the puzzle or.

00:27:38:22 - 00:28:02:22
Florence
Yeah, three piece of the puzzle. Now that you mentioned that it's called post-traumatic stress disorder. So I faced that all the time. All the time. Let's say I started driving a year after that and then I would see a police car. I would start screaming, you would see an ambulance, you would start screaming, because all of that is in your head.

00:28:03:00 - 00:28:43:15
Florence
But, you know, you're given the freedom to read, to learn, to be better, to pray, affirmations, to think about what's happening in your inside it. It is there, but it is extremely hard. And one of the places that I would always find this is where I belong. It would be the ocean, the water to go and swim or to just look at the water and be in this silence and that peace.

00:28:43:15 - 00:29:31:19
Florence
It's such a powerful body and it has so much to you to learn from it. And because I would be very, very irritable and then fascinating that as I'm going through that, it's very hard to accept who you are. It is a constant fight that you cannot understand because you won't want to say a word. And another word comes up and and then people think that because you are under a TBI condition, you cannot understand what they're saying in the gift.

00:29:31:21 - 00:30:07:01
Florence
One of the biggest gift that I was given was to lose all my senses. Why? Because then when you encounter life, you see things you did not see before. So as you grow into that, you don't lose that sensibility, that perception that it is lost as we become adults. Because I was thinking like a child, I would act like a child and then and then stuffing you because you have a little you have little girls, then you're diagnosed.

00:30:07:06 - 00:30:30:03
Florence
What I think about that, she's bipolar. And it wasn't being bipolar because for me to be out with my children at a grocery store and for a mother in front of me to be yelling at a child, I would just go up to her straight and I would say, Why do you do that? Why do you do that?

00:30:30:05 - 00:30:50:02
Florence
Why are you yelling at your child? You know, Do you know that that doesn't feel good? I'm not telling her that that is wrong. I'm just telling her that doesn't feel good. And then my kids would come to me and say, you know, you you know, we can't take you anywhere. I would even do that at Christmas time.

00:30:50:04 - 00:31:08:07
Florence
We would be at a shopping center. I'll never forget that. And this is a time where Maria brothers and I would be in one of those stores that they sell those games, and I would look at children and I would just go like this. You know what you want? I feel the same way. I mean, I don't know why we're here, why we're here.

00:31:08:07 - 00:31:15:12
Florence
We don't know if I would be you. I would feel so uncomfortable. Why do they bring us to these places and how I.

00:31:15:12 - 00:31:17:22
Seth
Feel sometimes when I'm shopping?

00:31:18:00 - 00:31:43:23
Florence
well, you know, and that's really fascinating. And up until today, that is a gift. Because I'll go places that I understand and I feel that I don't belong. I just say I am so grateful to God because I don't belong here. This just doesn't belong to me. This is not my vibe. I don't feel joy. I don't feel happy.

00:31:43:23 - 00:32:15:05
Florence
This I don't belong here. And you know who would tell me that even before my accident? My little girl. The one that was with me, she would always say things that would call my attention. For example. Not my attention. Even the schools attention in Puerto Rico. It's very tradition that in May, when the rain comes down, we go out and we want to feel the rain.

00:32:15:07 - 00:33:04:17
Florence
Because a Lagoa is a made up Jovian be here Maria like the first drops from the Virgin Mary I don't know how to pronounce. Okay. Okay. So then my daughter in class says no. Those the drops are divine because the first ones to touch them is the God. So then I get a call by the teacher and you see how children are so precious and how they can teach us so much about life as long as we let them live in live with a limitless imagination and let them live in the freedom that they are born with.

00:33:04:19 - 00:33:29:15
Florence
But we as adults take it from them because we want them to live the life that we did not have. And that is not according to them. Let them live their life because they were given the miracle of life just like it was given to us. But for a given reason, we get kind of lost as we're trying to raise children.

00:33:29:17 - 00:33:57:11
Florence
And we try to, because of what we hear in the media or what we hear from the people that we are friends with, that they think that by giving, giving, giving to our children, that is what's beautiful about life. And then we forget the biggest gift there is life. And in order for you to share life, you have to share love.

00:33:57:13 - 00:34:19:21
Florence
And it starts by loving yourself. If me as a mother, I would always and it would always prevail that I would love myself in order to love others and to love my children. That's why I was given the miracle of life. Does it matter whether it's biological or not? Biological? You know, we all could be mothers. We all can be mothers.

00:34:20:03 - 00:34:56:03
Florence
And then as I'm going through this accident, I am really in pain because I would behave in a way that there was no solution to my children. That's not the mother that they drove. That's not the mother that they grew up with. That's not the mother that they saw that was so, so successful. And that's not the mother that she would even dress as an Eminem when she would go to to a birthday.

00:34:56:03 - 00:35:25:05
Florence
And it was at that time of the year that you dress up and that whenever they would have an accomplishment in school, I would come driving my car with stars. And I was and I couldn't be that mother because I was kind of lost. And what holds you? It's a miracle of life and faith that is said, Who ever in this world doesn't have any joy about life?

00:35:25:10 - 00:35:51:03
Florence
It's because they don't carry faith with them and we have to nurture it. And how do we nurture it? I already said it bit, but then again, I nurture today my soul and spirit. When I heard and say, Flo, go by this place, there's a tree day that has a lot of avocados. Maybe they've fallen down and you can go and take some.

00:35:51:05 - 00:36:15:20
Florence
And then when you realize that we have so many gifts, then we just don't realize that we have them. And then that really happens. Well, then you go back in them and you just say thank you. And it's really fascinating. So it's totally going. There was a time that I started to write and write and write. And right.

00:36:15:22 - 00:36:16:21
Seth
After the accident.

00:36:16:21 - 00:36:19:13
Florence
After the accident, I wrote a lot. I a.

00:36:19:13 - 00:36:22:02
Seth
Lot. What caused you to want to write.

00:36:22:04 - 00:36:44:01
Florence
What I would write? I could fear that it wouldn't be listening to me because I felt that nobody could understand what I would be going through. Or or you see, when you take so many meds, the solution is, this is because you didn't take your soul off. this is because she didn't take her calling. She forgot to do this.

00:36:44:03 - 00:37:12:11
Florence
she forgot to do that. But that is normal that they say that because sometimes you're just tired of taking so many medicines and you're tired because you're told you have to learn to live with your conditions and and then there's no future for you. But I have forgotten something because people like you didn't know Flo before or after, and they believed in Flo.

00:37:12:13 - 00:37:43:07
Florence
They called me and said, Flo, you know what? Coming to work for me for 2 hours or 3 hours. And they knew my weaknesses and they knew when there was already the meds were not taking effect because I would become jumpy and irritable and and they knew and then they would say, Flo, let's go out and let's have lunch.

00:37:43:09 - 00:38:11:07
Florence
And then I think it's about time you take your medicine. I have forgotten about that. And I want to thank those people did say, we're here to help you because we love your work. And when you think about the now, they're really the ones that are here to protect us, no matter what you going through in life, there are others that will help.

00:38:11:07 - 00:38:40:14
Florence
You don't close the doors because sometimes we feel like, no, no, I have this and I've have that. But I told them and I said, Listen, I'm going through all of this and I'm so grateful to them because they would open the door and they would nurture my spirit. Not only that, they would put me on a plane on first class to go to Atlanta and do their shopping.

00:38:40:16 - 00:38:53:06
Florence
You see, I could not be under any stress whatsoever. And isn't that a dream world? Right? Because if I would be under stress, that's when I would get jittery. I would have panic attacks.

00:38:53:06 - 00:38:53:16
Seth
Yes.

00:38:53:18 - 00:39:05:20
Florence
Sure. Yeah, it really that's how it manifests itself. So I've always been extremely creative and I'm really good negotiating. So she knew that I was some high stress.

00:39:06:00 - 00:39:10:14
Seth
Shopper and creativity negotiation and a free ticket to Atlanta.

00:39:10:16 - 00:39:24:18
Florence
Yeah. So so to me and then I would look at lines that then I would negotiate and with the owner of the company to have them exclusive here in Puerto Rico.

00:39:24:18 - 00:39:29:18
Seth
We're not we're not talking about doing personal shopping. We're talking about going there. And as a buyer.

00:39:29:22 - 00:39:54:22
Florence
As a buyer, Yeah. Okay. I was not supposed to first of all, as a buyer. Sorry. So I was a buyer with her and she had a boutique here and one of the leading shopping set, boutique shopping centers. And it was beautiful because in a way, I would be nurturing my creativity because I would see things that I would consider unique.

00:39:55:00 - 00:40:16:07
Florence
And then that uniqueness again with would come about in my strength, in negotiation. And and then she would be so happy with all those lines that were new and then how we would present them. And it was, it was a lot of fun. So I'm really.

00:40:16:08 - 00:40:20:06
Seth
Therapy. I'm sorry. You think that was part of the therapy to help you?

00:40:20:08 - 00:40:56:17
Florence
Not only was part of my therapy, but I think that that's what the universe allows because opportunity doesn't happen. Opportunity comes to you once you align yourself with, you know, being aligned with this beautiful life and the Lord because he wants everything that you want in life to happen to you. But it will only happen if you allow it to happen.

00:40:56:19 - 00:41:32:01
Florence
So recognizing my weaknesses and telling that to people I had, you know, and that is confidence when you think about it. And then I had no no worries about it. And so I am really grateful to Raquel is her name, and I used to work at their shop. I'm really grateful to the leader in construction in Puerto Rico and that he gave me the opportunity to be like I did not do.

00:41:32:03 - 00:42:12:07
Florence
I'm not a realtor. I am not license, but I would be like the host. And at the houses of New Complex of very upscale houses and outside San Juan, that would start over half a million dollars. And fascinating enough that I got the sold sell two of them but I would not sell them. You know, what I would do is create the environment and make it the place that they really want to start a family.

00:42:12:09 - 00:42:48:17
Florence
And then the realtor would come in and that's how you would close the deals. But then 2008 is coming along and all of that in economy went down. So that only lasted for for a year. After that, I started to get worse. That's that's when I started to realize that or facing my my illness because I have not mentioned it my my levels of Klonopin were so high.

00:42:48:18 - 00:43:14:23
Florence
My, my restless leg syndrome was so bad that I would get up at night and kick the walls. So it's it's really bad. And to think that when I would have seizures, it would be my daughter, the one that would go to the room. And I would even once I have that stitches. So think about first, you know, first I'm going back.

00:43:15:03 - 00:43:49:18
Florence
I had a nurse, but there's no bank account because all my savings were gone because there's no bank account. But then again, my my parents, my family, even my high school classmates, they build a fund to help me. So with towards 2010, 2011, I was really downhill. Like, I don't know what's going to happen, but then something happened.

00:43:49:20 - 00:44:13:04
Florence
Magic does happen because again, opportunities will come as long as you keep on nurturing your faith and that's all you have to do and surround yourself with the right people. And it was my brother in law did. He called me one day and he says, Flo, please don't hang up. Listen to what I have to say.

00:44:13:06 - 00:44:15:23
Seth
Why didn't he say, Don't hang up? But you hung up on him before.

00:44:16:01 - 00:44:45:00
Florence
Yeah, because I was very irritable in my personality. And you see, that's how they would say, she's bipolar or she's irritable, or they have to give her another. So law, things like that. I'm so grateful because look at me today. So he says, please don't hang up the phone. So he says, Well, I want you to watch an ABC Primetime News report and I'm not going to explain anything to you.

00:44:45:02 - 00:44:58:12
Florence
But the only thing that I have to tell you is that I've been taking that yellow pill for three months and I'm going to take it for life. And I know that it's going to help you. And I said, Well, what is it? I said, I'm not going to explain it to you. You're going to get a call and please call.

00:44:58:14 - 00:45:26:04
Florence
And this is the number that you're going to get it from. And interestingly enough, because I remember reading a lot about the brain, I can't remember the title of the book right now, but I know that it would come with CDs and it's written by a lot of doctors. But anyways, so I looked at the video and the only thing that I said was, Thank you.

00:45:26:06 - 00:45:54:10
Florence
I didn't understand. But then a doctor here in Puerto Rico, Dr. Felix, called me and he says, Why don't we meet at a local bakery? Very well known, Casal De. And we got there. So when we got there, he looks at me and he says, Do you watch the video? Do you have any choir tunes? And then I started asking him a lot of questions, and then he says, You know what?

00:45:54:10 - 00:46:18:03
Florence
I don't get it. Because based on all the pharmaceuticals that you take, how can you be asking me all these questions? I'll never forget? And I said, Dr. Felix, you know where it lapses in the day that I really am functional. I'm functional. So that's that's this is my moment.

00:46:18:09 - 00:46:21:03
Seth
How many meds were you on?

00:46:21:05 - 00:46:31:13
Florence
Okay, So, okay, so I love tobacco, I love the narcotics. All of them. I call them Dilantin seven, seven or eight a day. Wow.

00:46:31:15 - 00:46:37:03
Seth
And or a very number of symptoms. Right? For 13 years?

00:46:37:08 - 00:47:20:21
Florence
Yes. What symptoms? That I have. I have memory loss. I have permanent damage in my frontal lobes. Cognitive system. I had migraines, I had seizures, restless leg syndrome. I lost all my sense of. And when you talk about I, I really didn't understand what I know when you tell somebody, you're a permanent damage to your frontal lobes and cognitive system and then irritable is because my sensibility in hearing because I couldn't walk into any place that there would be noise and that's it in the panic attacks.

00:47:20:23 - 00:47:56:22
Florence
So I would be taking all those meds. So I'm glad that you asked that because this is what I love about how perfect the body is. So fascinating enough that I met with Dr. Felix and I ask him all these questions, and then we ordered the yellow pill. And then five days after I was taking that pill, my kids come up to me and say, Mother, you fell asleep.

00:47:57:00 - 00:48:19:03
Florence
You say, even my kids were responsible for giving me the meds. So what was really fascinating is that they said, Well, we didn't have to give you we didn't have to give you the to sleep. And I went, What? So they know about the yellow pill? And so then I called Dr. Felix. And because I actually read something about it.

00:48:19:05 - 00:48:38:11
Florence
Right. But I really didn't understand. I only knew that it said an to synergism. So then Dr. Goes. Flo. Hi, how are you? How's everything? And I said, Can I take more than one?

00:48:38:12 - 00:48:40:15
Seth
That's a question you would ask.

00:48:40:17 - 00:49:05:02
Florence
Can you take more than one? And then he says, Well, I'm going to explain to you this why you have fire of free radicals inside your body to tell us all fuego in San Diego of free radicals inside your body. Would you put it out with a Dixie cup or with a fire hose? And I said, a fire hose.

00:49:05:04 - 00:49:38:01
Florence
I can understand that right? He says three a day. So I'm taking three a day. And what was fascinating is that I started to notice different things in me, for example, that I would have more of a schedule in doing things before. I mean, there would be no beginning or an end, you know, you can tell.

00:49:38:02 - 00:49:39:23
Seth
So you were very radical.

00:49:40:00 - 00:50:13:00
Florence
I was a free that's a good one. I, I like. and then how to explain that I was a free radical. So, so I'm starting to be from point A to point B in picking up my kids in school. But I noticed something very important and it was important to them and it was that I would not get jittery when I would start, when I would just see a police car driving by and I would see because something that I did not mention.

00:50:13:02 - 00:50:37:13
Florence
So, you know, the extent of being, how sensible is that? Are you sensitive? Certain. Sensitive. Sensitive. I was because in school I would cry when I would see mothers telling their kids how bad their grades are or you forgot a book. I even had to redo my schedule with When I talked to my psychiatrist, my psychologist, they would say no.

00:50:37:13 - 00:51:00:11
Florence
For you to pick up the kids in school, you have to go at a later hour because to me, I could not handle the stress. What happens with parents picking up school and grades and things like that? Because again, I would cry because why am I mentioning the because then I started to be more functional in my relationship with people.

00:51:00:12 - 00:51:42:07
Florence
That's the first thing that I notice. And that, again, about post-traumatic stress disorder, I did not get as jittery and as I was start feeling better. Do I need to think so off or don't I? I'm reading all the side effects of these medicines. I'm going to start taking them. And I started by the fourth month to stop taking self care, but my fourth month, Depakote, those are all about seizures.

00:51:42:09 - 00:52:10:20
Florence
Nobody told me to do that and nobody told me to do that. Burn my body. And that's the message that comes from what was telling me, Flow. You don't need to take that. You don't need to take that. So by the fourth month I was off my meds. So then again, Flow is back and then I go to visit my doctors.

00:52:10:22 - 00:52:24:16
Florence
By that time I had read Washington State University. I said, Well, yeah, Washington State University and ah, to raising the levels of and after about five times so.

00:52:24:17 - 00:52:35:06
Seth
So you had some ammunition for these doctors. How did these doctors take this? I mean, were they happy for you? Were they were they scared? Were they antagonistic?

00:52:35:08 - 00:53:04:08
Florence
I'm glad that you asked that because I had to learn that they did not know anything about an hour to activation. Nothing. Nothing at all. To the extent that I said, Would you like to go to PA dot gov and and they said, No, no, no, no, no. But you can't stop. You can stop taking so long. You can stop taking a car.

00:53:04:14 - 00:53:33:02
Florence
Their addictive I mean they're addictive. And I said, well I can show you a video where you have the creator of the nerve tool activator tells you what happens when you start, you know, getting rid of all those three free radicals. And when I say flow is back, I told them, you know what, I have a copy here.

00:53:33:04 - 00:53:58:23
Florence
Would you read it? And they said, yes, leave it. And this is flow. And I said, I'll leave it if you sign here that you will read it, because if not, I'm not going to leave it because it's going to be a waste of time. You see, that is posture because I am I am coming from a severe head injury.

00:53:59:01 - 00:54:32:00
Florence
I've been ill for 13 years and I have been giving hope. And you're telling me that you're not even going to look at it and I still go and visit those doctors. But guess what? Now for 2023, it's not their time. It's not their time. And I'm not here to teach or convinced I have the gift of life and I'm here to share it.

00:54:32:05 - 00:55:06:10
Florence
I can only share how the body works if it's of your interest, if it isn't like like it happened just a couple of hours before before coming up here, somebody down at the lobby was interested to talk about life. So after four months, I started to feel different, better and stuff. That is a new miracle. Want to know why?

00:55:06:12 - 00:56:02:21
Florence
Because I want to learn more and how I can make myself better. How can I make myself better? Should I start eating differently? And then I start learning more about affirmations? starting back to read even the Bible. And what's fascinating is why wasn't I doing that before? Maybe it was not my time. So then opportunities start coming to me that I'm doing better and there is hope, there is a vision, there is future for Mom and her three children, and I knew that I was going to be better.

00:56:02:23 - 00:56:44:12
Florence
Not really, really, really, really better because I realize that I was going to be the person that I am today back in 2017, because another activator came along and that's when I was able to recognize that our potential is limitless. Because initially because of feeling better and be able to be cognitive better and be able to have a bit of better memory.

00:56:44:14 - 00:57:28:11
Florence
But when my power plants, my mitochondria started to be activated and this has to do with being a better person, it's like all of a sudden one day you just go like, it's like an a ha moment that you actually have like a different dimension in your brain and in you start to be more efficient in time that then your kids will tell you, Mother, you didn't get lost on the way here, you didn't get lost on the way there.

00:57:28:13 - 00:57:57:13
Florence
But it did you recognize that you were able to complete the thought. You see, before, I didn't mention anything about completing sentences, but I was more cognitive. But when your friends you're at a party and they're telling you while what's happening with you, do you know that you're being able to carry a conversation and that's when I realize that there was a future for me.

00:57:57:15 - 00:58:00:13
Florence
Yes. And this is in 2017.

00:58:00:15 - 00:58:31:06
Seth
So I was going to say something long. I think you represent a relatively small number of people. Relatively. I'm not talking about five or ten people or even 100 or 200. But, you know, the thousands. I think you represent really a dramat You're a pioneer with a dramatic story ID as we're going through a technological change in health care.

00:58:31:08 - 00:58:58:10
Seth
I had a friend I want to say it was within the last year it might have been 20, 23, late 2022 from Thailand, from Bangkok. He sends me this article and I say that because, you know, we're here in Puerto Rico, we live in Utah. He was in Bangkok. But what's happening, especially with communication, you know, the Internet and social media, I think helps the connectivity just of all of the research hubs.

00:58:58:10 - 00:59:23:14
Seth
You mentioned MAD, but he sent me this article about the the technologies that are going to change our next generation. And and, you know, I have, you know, respect for professionals who've gone to school. And yet you also had to tell those doctors, listen, this is my body, this you know, this is my health. You can't tell me what I haven't experienced.

00:59:23:16 - 01:00:15:04
Seth
So while I appreciate your professional care, like I'm the CEO, right of my body, but even I think doctors and many health care professionals just haven't. Like they're running in a different realm. Right. And patient care. And there's this whole scientific health technology that's running almost parallel, separate in some cases. And anyway, this article was about the 12 disruptive technologies in the next generation, our generation right in the next, let's say, five, ten, 20 years, things like I, I think about how AI's going to change the world and I think about how cell phone and we're recording this podcast on a couple of cell phones that have better quality than cameras did 20 years ago.

01:00:15:06 - 01:00:41:23
Seth
Technology's going to change world, right? Well, among AI and self-driving cars and solar energy and and, you know, energy storage solutions and the Internet as that grows and, you know, Wi-Fi, etc.. One of these only one of these technologies has anything to do with human health. And I think really your story. But analyst scientists call it next generation genomics.

01:00:42:01 - 01:01:11:16
Seth
So we have this this current health system, well, even say Western medicine, which is super powerful, right? I mean, let's say it's part it was part of your journey, right? You needed it. But there's also this this new vein of research, which is kind of interconnected and yet running parallel with Western allopathic medicine. Right. Diagnose, diagnose and then medicate.

01:01:11:17 - 01:01:29:18
Seth
And that's about something you said of what if we could what if, you know, the body already has all the capacity? What if we could activate it? What if we what if, because of what we know about our genes, we could actually do something about that. So for those who are listening, I think that that's what you're referring to when you talk about activation.

01:01:29:20 - 01:01:56:09
Seth
But it's a it's a big thing. You know, like, I don't know, here we are in 20, 23 or, you know, you've been activating for eight years or whatever. Who knows? You know what, what's going to happen in the next five or ten years. But I think that your one of those personal pioneers, as we shift into a new really age of of wellness and health.

01:01:56:11 - 01:02:18:12
Florence
So I know and I'm so happy to hear you say that I'm learning from both of you, because as you're saying that I take the responsibility so that I am a pioneer in this genomics, which is the future. And we got to be preventative in preventive.

01:02:18:17 - 01:02:19:16
Seth
Preventative mindset.

01:02:19:16 - 01:02:44:00
Florence
A preventative mindset in regards to how we have to take care of our bodies because I want to live longer. So I have to learn more and more because I choose to live longer, because I choose to help others, because this is the only life I have, the only one I know, and I love it. And why not share this with others?

01:02:44:02 - 01:02:56:12
Florence
So, you know, you mentioning genomics, you made me think because that's mine. What would have been of me?

01:02:56:14 - 01:02:58:07
Seth
Well, if you weren't.

01:02:58:11 - 01:03:26:03
Florence
If I wouldn't have been activated, what would have been of me? What would have been of my children? To think that this past November I was able to, you know, go over to Vail, Colorado, from Puerto Rico. My three children, they live in the States. My second son, he's the fire scientist in Little Rock, Arkansas. We celebrated the wedding over in in Vail, Colorado.

01:03:26:03 - 01:03:58:10
Florence
They they celebrated and we're talking about genomics. I was able to spend time with them, quality time, enjoy life to the fullest. I so that's what I'm saying. What would have been of me if I would have been activated? And this is a responsibility that we have to share because there is a better way in life and people don't know about itself and stuff they don't know about.

01:03:58:12 - 01:04:28:21
Florence
And if they don't know about it, how can they take care of their children? Because it is a reality. Maybe I had the opportunity to go through this phase of 13 years because of severe TV. I be where I am. I am today where my spirit and soul will take me. Tomorrow is limitless. And if I have to go through it again, I'll go through it again.

01:04:28:23 - 01:05:00:06
Florence
Because where I am today is what I love. And that's the only place I know today, my present time. But my future. I know it's going to be better because I choose for it to be better and and then as we're we're talking about activation. And it's really fascinating, the journey, because the science of activation hasn't stopped. And then 2019 comes along and I remember coming to Puerto Rico from Puerto Rico all the way.

01:05:00:06 - 01:05:27:10
Florence
Was it in Cancun that we shared again, another breakthrough, which is longevity. And I've been giving the opportunity, I've been sharing information that has proven and I can give my testimonial and I'm giving my testimonial that it is the future of health, because that's the way the body why not help our bodies? Why do you how do you say it in English?

01:05:27:15 - 01:05:42:03
Florence
Forget the Nagas. Why do you need Is that you don't you don't give yourself Nigar is from the word negative. Negative Like when you you don't nigar.

01:05:42:05 - 01:05:44:15
Seth
Now we enter the Spanish portion of our class.

01:05:44:17 - 01:06:07:20
Florence
Okay? Okay. And you got it. When you don't allow your you don't give yourself that give y. Well, you know why? Because it's not the right time for you. You don't choose the healthy path, the healthy journey because you choose what you want to be. You choose how you want to be in Spanish. I call it the three C's.

01:06:07:22 - 01:06:09:23
Florence
I call it.

01:06:10:00 - 01:06:10:11
Seth
The three.

01:06:10:11 - 01:06:52:13
Florence
C's OC Luxuries Faith, which are the three C's Career Career Construir career is believe. If you can believe in yourself, you will create. And if you create, you will build and you will continue to build and build. But it always has to start everyday. We're creators. We're creators of every habit action, vision that we have in our lives, and we have to do that and it has to change every time because it keeps on evolving and evolving and evolving.

01:06:52:15 - 01:07:24:17
Florence
And I'm really grateful to this journey, and I wouldn't be me today if it wasn't for the faith and the guidance from the one that gave me the miracle. And by all of you, because you have nurture my soul and spirit, because I choose and I choose all of you and I choose all of you. And that is what this miracle is all about.

01:07:24:23 - 01:07:48:11
Florence
Because my abundance is built by the love that I allow for you to share with me. Because only I decide who will give me. But I have my arms all open because I want to share my love with all of you. And it's here like the same way that I have it here. All of you have it in.

01:07:48:11 - 01:07:52:04
Florence
Why do people don't believe in that Joy?

01:07:52:06 - 01:08:02:23
Seth
So they were just going to ask a few questions flow and these are kind of just, you know, just kind of ask you'll give an answer. We'll go to the next question kind of thing. Okay. It's these here.

01:08:03:04 - 01:08:04:04
Florence
Okay.

01:08:04:06 - 01:08:07:17
Stephanie
So what is self-care mean to you?

01:08:07:19 - 01:08:14:10
Florence
It starts by taking care of myself, meaning first and utmost spiritually.

01:08:14:12 - 01:08:19:21
Stephanie
So it's not just bath bombs.

01:08:19:23 - 01:08:24:02
Florence
Stuff that didn't even cross my mind when you went to school.

01:08:24:04 - 01:08:30:02
Stephanie
Well, a lot of people, especially nowadays, they do think of that they're thinking self-care is me going and taking a bath or.

01:08:30:02 - 01:08:31:11
Seth
Relaxing, pampering yourself.

01:08:31:11 - 01:08:32:05
Stephanie
Pampering.

01:08:32:10 - 01:08:33:05
Seth
Which I mean, that's.

01:08:33:06 - 01:08:33:23
Stephanie
It can.

01:08:34:04 - 01:08:34:20
Florence
Okay.

01:08:34:22 - 01:08:41:12
Stephanie
But to go deeper, you know, is is kind of where we're going right now is okay.

01:08:41:15 - 01:08:57:21
Florence
But to me self-care I can tell you I invest in my self-care like I mentioned spiritually because I know that I'm going to look prettier if I'm prettier in the inside. So that that that is a fact.

01:08:57:22 - 01:08:59:22
Stephanie
And then we're done.

01:09:00:00 - 01:09:02:04
Seth
Okay. That was awesome.

01:09:02:05 - 01:09:06:09
Florence
That was amazing.

01:09:06:11 - 01:09:07:22
Seth
You keep going. Keep going.

01:09:07:23 - 01:09:10:07
Stephanie
We're just kidding. We're not done.

01:09:10:09 - 01:09:31:21
Florence
I didn't even know that we were recording. Okay, But anyways, so when you talk about self-care. Yes. So I'm going to tell you a bit about flow. I mean, when I was 16, I already going to a gym that they would do like the massage and all of that. And why would I do that again? I mentioned before something about my grandfather.

01:09:31:21 - 01:10:00:09
Florence
My father had books of yoga, so I knew that health was important. So to me, I've always taken care of myself and then again, self care. It is so important in regards to what I project is what you're going to see. My beauty comes from the inside, but I like to have my hair done well. I like to take care of myself.

01:10:00:11 - 01:10:22:12
Florence
I like to, you know, for example, right now in regards to self-care last year and the year before, it was a total journey about my teeth and somehow it didn't work out and they took all of my teeth here. So I have in my bucket list that I want all my front teeth gone correctly. Why? Because I want to have a perfect smile.

01:10:22:14 - 01:10:53:11
Florence
So but self care again, it comes from within. I cannot see how you consider yourself so beautiful when you're you're first. You're allowing how beautiful you're going to be of the hands of somebody else because beauty is never in the outside. You know, some women self wonder, wow, how come of that man marry that lady? I mean, look at him.

01:10:53:13 - 01:11:22:06
Florence
And I just go like, she's empty inside. Why? Because she is beautiful. You know, people look at you and when they look at you, they see how beautiful you are inside, and that is self care. But. But I said, but and then we say, however self care. So what is my routine? If you want to know. Okay, I'll tell.

01:11:22:06 - 01:11:24:21
Seth
You. I'm glad you asked.

01:11:24:23 - 01:11:51:06
Florence
Okay, so because I do take self-care seriously. For example, I took a shower this morning before ever going to church, Right? But then I was going to come here. So then I say, okay, I take a towel and I wash my face with our gel and then I take off a cloth and I'm getting all the dead cells out.

01:11:51:08 - 01:12:12:01
Florence
So with that, and then I take our perfecting lotion, which to me is like an elixir. I mean, that product is, is excellent and I just have it in a bottle and I spray even to here and I even and then while I'm doing that, I mean, I'm doing that. I'm going like, I don't I don't drive or anything.

01:12:12:01 - 01:12:36:15
Florence
I do my eyebrows and then comes a magic serum and I take the I ceremony. I go here and I go here. And because your skin is humid, I go like this and I go like this and I go like that. And if there's a bit more because there's a lot of perfecting lotion, I go with that. So they're here.

01:12:36:17 - 01:12:58:09
Florence
And then after that, if you haven't heard of it, you better hear from it now through Reno, you know, the word is excellent. And me coming from marketing and being a marketing for more than 20 years because true Renew, it's a renewal of me. I'm going to renew my self-care. So another true renewal has come along. I love it.

01:12:58:09 - 01:13:03:22
Florence
I love it. I love it because I'm being more intentional in the way that I'm taking care of my skin.

01:13:04:00 - 01:13:09:20
Seth
Skin firming complex. I love it, actually. Surprisingly, I'm surprised at how much I love it. Okay.

01:13:09:22 - 01:13:36:02
Florence
And guess why? How much I love it. Then after that, I'm the anti-aging cream. Fascinating. Not as fascinating that when you go to a dinner party and people say, I mean, is it your hair? What is it that you do different? I mean, flow your skin, your skin, your skin. And I'm like, well, it's true renewal. All be again.

01:13:36:02 - 01:14:13:21
Florence
Isn't it fascinating how we you were talking about genomics before and you stuff and how is it it fascinates that before we were talking about how we can keep our bodies and our genomes working correctly and our body clean and then how we can do that with our largest organ, our skin. And it is working divine, Divine. And can I say something that most companies won't like and they do a lot of business on that.

01:14:13:23 - 01:14:37:08
Florence
Well, I don't have to wear any powder. Nothing is just flawless skin, flawless skin. Yeah, but isn't that beautiful when you just feel like you're so natural? I guess that I'm in that crowd. The more natural I am and the more happy and content I am. Because that's me.

01:14:37:10 - 01:14:42:04
Stephanie
If you were to give some advice to your 20 year old self, what would that advice be?

01:14:42:06 - 01:15:14:12
Florence
Listen. Listen to your inner self. Listen to your heart. Because that's her intuition and that comes from above. And we we I don't know why we don't listen to it that frequently, because that's your soul speaking to you. And the more you practice that, the more you get addicted to it. And then how does that happen? It starts by being grateful.

01:15:14:14 - 01:15:48:22
Florence
You start being grateful and you say your prayers, you say your affirmations, and all of a sudden you get all these messages in and reminding you what you had planned the day before to make sure that you're more intentional and you don't forget. And that is not memory because you have your schedule written down with a spa comes up to remind you to do this better or to do it more intentionally.

01:15:49:00 - 01:16:17:07
Florence
So the question would be, again, listen to your heart. Soul speaks every day. But to let that happen, you start by being grateful. And after you be grateful, you know, you say your prayers. But I do believe that we all, if you want to make it happen and I'm not completing the sentence, but you want to make things happen.

01:16:17:09 - 01:16:29:01
Florence
You have to have a plan and your plan can be better. And make it better. That same day when you listen to your inner self and cut.

01:16:29:03 - 01:16:30:22
Seth
It's a wrap.

Seth
YouTube loves LOL.

01:34:34:20 - 01:34:36:01
Florence

01:34:36:03 - 01:34:37:22
Seth

01:34:38:00 - 01:34:38:21

01:34:38:23 - 01:34:52:04
Seth
Is this. Yeah. This will be video. This will be up on YouTube. It'll be blogged, we'll cut it up into short reels as well. So let's ask some of our questions. I mean.

01:34:52:06 - 01:34:54:02
Florence
I would have somewhat typical question.

01:34:54:02 - 01:35:03:07
Seth
We're not even going to get to know which ones, but some of the patent questions, I'm going to pull them up. Okay. Some things that we ask, we try and ask at the time.

01:35:03:09 - 01:35:05:22
Florence
And how do we do We do one or.

01:35:06:00 - 01:35:09:11
Stephanie
doing great. Just kidding me.

01:35:09:13 - 01:35:15:04
Florence
really? You see, that's like you ask me, What have I said?

01:35:15:06 - 01:35:18:21
Stephanie
you're just giving the gift of your life to others.

01:35:18:23 - 01:35:49:20
Florence
But isn't that fascinating? You never remember. Yeah, but you know what stuck with me? I mean, now what he said yesterday about we share wellness, we share life. I even. I'm reaping messages in Spanish, and you see, And that's how you inspire others. Because then I connect with you, too. And then you, me and I. I continue your leadership.

01:35:49:22 - 01:35:57:23
Florence
It falls upon me and it falls upon others. If that doesn't happen, that's that's not leadership, Right?

01:35:58:01 - 01:35:59:03
Stephanie
If it just stays with you.

01:35:59:04 - 01:36:27:00
Florence
Exactly. Yeah. And you see yesterday, both of you, because people were me in your story stuff, how you made them feel and again, is they can the two of you are not being recorded, are we? It is science. Why do we have to spend so much time with science? Yes, but I love you too. And share is going like Florence.

01:36:27:00 - 01:36:29:19
Florence
Behave, behave.

01:36:29:21 - 01:36:31:22
Stephanie
And I love the science.

01:36:31:22 - 01:36:34:20
Florence
You have. No, no, not the.

01:36:34:21 - 01:36:37:00
Stephanie
Science speaks to me.

01:36:37:02 - 01:37:05:11
Florence
No, I love the science. But you know what I would have done? What I would have. I have Start with Oak Cliff, Jeff, Seth, you and testimonials. And then in you get all people saying site up to what you said didn't make sense. All these people are so great and they're so in love with what they're doing and then you give them the candy.

01:37:05:13 - 01:37:09:02
Florence
I don't know. But that's that's style, I guess.

01:37:09:04 - 01:37:18:05
Stephanie
Yeah. There's different cells that work and and jive with people differently, you know, you're going to reach different people with different styles.

01:37:18:08 - 01:37:18:18
Florence
Yeah.
